These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and a8game ("we", "us", "the Platform"). Access to and use of the a8game platform — including all casino games, sports betting, fishing games, colour prediction, live dealer tables, and any other product or service offered at a8game.org — is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

By registering an account on a8game, by logging in to an existing account, by depositing funds, or by placing any wager on the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full, regardless of whether you have read them. Each player is permitted to hold only one active a8game account. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery function. Creating a second account to circumvent account restrictions, access additional bonuses, or for any other reason is a material breach of these Terms.

• Deposits made in error may not be refundable once wagering activity has taken place.

a8game reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any withdrawal or amendment does not adversely affect ongoing wagering activity already in progress under the existing terms of a promotion.

All games and betting markets on the a8game platform are governed by specific game rules and betting rules that form part of these Terms by reference. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to each game or market before placing wagers.

Sports Betting: a8game's cricket sportsbook and all other sports betting markets are subject to the a8game Sports Betting Rules. In-play markets — including ball-by-ball PSL and international cricket markets — are settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of a disputed result, a8game's decision is final and binding.

Casino Games: All casino games, including slots, live dealer Baccarat, live dealer Roulette, Teen Patti, Blackjack, and all other RNG-based games, use certified random number generation technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are calculated over millions of game rounds and represent long-term theoretical returns, not guaranteed outcomes for individual sessions.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other system error during a game session or while a bet is in progress, a8game reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account. Where a technical error results in an erroneously credited win, a8game reserves the right to recover the incorrect amount from the player's account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a8game platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one a8game account under any circumstances.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal information to create or operate an account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the a8game platform, including to place bets, navigate games, or collect data.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to gain an advantage over the platform — any such exploit must be reported to a8game immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with markets available on a8game.
• Using the a8game platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise circumvent any security measure implemented on the a8game platform.
• Engaging in any abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward a8game staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the a8game platform — including but not limited to the a8game brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and all other materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of a8game or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the a8game platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any a8game content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the a8game brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or association with a8game without express written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any a8game content.
• Frame or mirror any part of the a8game website on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of a8game intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, which a8game will enforce vigorously.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a8game excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the a8game platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from wagering activity, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.
• Losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond a8game's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a8game's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. a8game's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• a8game is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, a8game reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, a8game may forfeit the account balance in full. Where a suspension is lifted following investigation and no breach is confirmed, the account balance will be restored and made available for withdrawal.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting a8game support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

a8game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — a8game will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account and/or via a prominent notice on the a8game website.
